Welcome to Dominion Energy South Carolina’s bill pay portal! We offer various payment options to make it easy for you to settle your energy bills. You can choose to pay online, by phone, by mail, or in person at an authorized payment location.
Pay Online
You can make a one-time payment or set up automatic monthly payments using our secure online payment system. Simply sign in to your account, choose the payment option that suits you best, and follow the instructions. You can use Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, or Debit cards (PULSE, STAR, NYCE, ACCEL) for online payments.
One-Time Guest Pay
If you don’t have an account, you can still make a one-time payment as a guest. Use a third-party (BillMatrix) to make a one-time payment, and your payment will post to your account immediately. Note that a $3.50 fee per transaction will be charged by BillMatrix.
One-Time Online Payment
You can also make a one-time online payment from your checking or savings account (ePay). There’s no fee for this service, and payments post to your account immediately.
Automatic Monthly Payments
Create a recurring automatic monthly bank draft payment online from your checking or savings account (AutoPay). There’s no fee for this service, and payments post to your account in time for the due date.
One-Time Third Party Payment
MyCheckFree provides online billing and payment services. Each month, you’ll receive an email with instructions on how to view and pay your bill. There’s no fee for this service, and payments post to your account within 2 business days.
In Person
You can also pay your energy bill in person at an authorized payment location. Walmart accepts cash or PIN-based debit cards. Find an authorized payment location near you.
By Phone
Call us at 800-450-9160 to make a payment by phone. Some limitations may apply, and a $3.50 fee per transaction will be charged by BillMatrix.
By Mail
Pay your energy bill by mailing in a check or a money order. Write your account number on the check or money order, and include our Bill Pay Stub. Mail your payment to: Dominion Energy South Carolina, P.O. Box 100255, Columbia, SC 29202.
