Auto Pay
Auto Pay is the safest, easiest, and most secure way to pay your Frontier bill. With Auto Pay, your bill will be automatically deducted from your bank account, debit card, or major credit card. To set up Auto Pay, follow these steps:
- Sign in to your Frontier account.
- Click on the “My Bills” tile.
- Select “Go to My Billing.”
- In the “Payment methods” tile, select “Manage payment methods.”
- Select “Add new” in the “Saved payment methods” tile.
- Choose your payment type (bank account, debit card, or credit card).
- Enter your payment information.
- Check “Set as default payment method” if you want to make this payment method your default.
- Click “Add.”
Once you’ve set up Auto Pay, your bill will be automatically paid each month, ensuring that you never miss a payment.
One-Time Payment in the MyFrontier App
If you prefer to make a one-time payment, you can do so through the MyFrontier app. Here’s how:
- Sign in to the MyFrontier app for Android or iOS.
- From your dashboard, tap “Make a Payment.” Or, tap the billing icon, then “Make a Payment.”
- Select the amount you want to pay (total balance, past due amount, or custom amount). Tap “Select amount.”
- Choose a payment date and tap “Select payment date.”
- Choose your payment method (bank account, debit card, or credit card).
- Tap the “Pay” button.
One-Time Payment with Express Pay
Another option for making a one-time payment is to use Express Pay. To do this, follow these steps:
- Visit frontier.com/expresspay.
- Enter your account number and email or account number and ZIP code.
- Provide your payment details.
- Submit your payment.
One-Time Payment Online
You can also make a one-time payment online through your Frontier account. Here’s how:
- Sign in to your Frontier account.
- Select “Make a Payment” from the “My Bills” tile.
- Select your payment amount, payment method, and payment date.
- Accept the payment terms and conditions.
- Click “Submit Payment.”
Pay by Mail
If you prefer to pay by mail, you can do so by making your check out to Frontier and writing your 17-digit account number on the “For” line. There is no fee to pay by check or money order through the mail. Note that payments are posted to your account after 5:30 p.m. on the day they are received.
