Cricket Bill Pay: A Comprehensive Guide

As a Cricket Wireless customer, paying your bill on time is essential to maintain uninterrupted service. Cricket offers various bill pay methods to make it convenient for you to pay your bills. In this guide, we will discuss the different ways to pay your Cricket bill and answer some frequently asked questions.

Online Bill Pay

You can pay your Cricket bill online using My Account or Quick Pay.

My Account

To pay your bill using My Account, follow these steps:

1. Sign in to your My Account using your username and password.
2. Click on the “Payments” tab.
3. Enter your credit or debit card information and the amount you want to pay.
4. Accept the Terms and Conditions.
5. Select “Review Payment.”
6. Review your secure payment information. If you are satisfied with your payment information, select “Submit Payment.” Otherwise, select “Edit” to change your payment amount, then “Submit Payment.”
7. You’ll see a payment confirmation screen. Keep the confirmation number for your records. We’ll also send a text to confirm your payment.

Quick Pay

To pay your bill using Quick Pay, follow these steps:

1. Select Quick Pay from the top of cricketwireless.com.
2. Enter your phone number.
3. Select the blue arrow to the right of Credit or Debit Card.
4. Enter your credit card information and the amount you want to pay.
5. Accept the Terms and Conditions.
6. Select “Review Payment.”
7. Review your secure payment information. If you are satisfied with your payment information, select “Submit Payment.” Otherwise, select “Edit” to change your payment amount, then “Submit Payment.”
8. You’ll see a payment confirmation screen. Keep the confirmation number for your records. We’ll also send a text to confirm your payment.

Mobile App Bill Pay

You can also pay your Cricket bill using the myCricket App.

1. Open the myCricket App and sign in.
2. Tap “Pay Now” at the bottom of the screen.
3. To pay with a credit or debit card, tap “Credit or Debit Card” and enter the amount you want to pay.
4. Enter your credit or debit card information. Or, select to use Auto Pay credit card (if applicable).
5. Agree to Terms and Conditions.
6. Tap the box if you want to set up Auto Pay with this card (if applicable).
7. Tap “Review Payment.”
8. Tap “Submit Payment.”
9. If you want to make an additional payment, tap “Make Another Payment” and select Credit or Debit Card.
10. You’ll see a payment confirmation screen. Keep the confirmation number for your records. We’ll also send a text to confirm your payment.

*Gift Cards can only be used for one-time payments and can’t be used for Auto Pay. May not be accepted at all Cricket stores. Please refer to your local store’s policy.

**Most reloadable prepaid debit cards with the Visa, MasterCard, and American Express logo can be used for Auto Pay.
