- Automatic payment plan: Denver Water’s automatic payment plan allows you to save postage and never pay late. With this plan, the payment amount for your water/sewer bill will be automatically deducted from your bank account at least 20 days after your billing date. To enroll in the automatic payment plan, follow these steps:
a. Go to the Denver Water website (www.denverwater.org/pay-my-bill) and click on “Pay My Bill” at the top of the page.
b. Enter your account number and customer ID, which can be found at the top of your bill.
c. Click on “Enroll for Auto Pay” and follow the prompts to complete the enrollment process.
- E-bill: With Denver Water’s e-bill technology, you can receive your water bill in your regular email inbox and pay it easily from within the secure email. To enroll in e-bill, follow these steps:
a. Go to the Denver Water website (www.denverwater.org/pay-my-bill) and click on “Pay My Bill” at the top of the page.
b. Enter your account number and customer ID, which can be found at the top of your bill.
c. Click on “Enroll for e-bill (paperless billing)” and follow the prompts to complete the enrollment process.
Tips and Reminders
- To allow time to set up your account, subscribe for e-billing at least two weeks before your next bill is due.
- You will receive your bill notices from [email protected]. Be sure to add this email address to your address book and/or change your spam filters to allow this email to get through.
- After you sign up for e-billing, your next water bill will be delivered to your email box, and paper bills will stop.
