Frontier Online Bill Pay: A Comprehensive Guide

Auto Pay

Auto Pay is the safe, easy, and secure way to pay your bill automatically by bank account, debit card, or major credit card. To set up Auto Pay, sign in to your Frontier account and follow these steps:

1. Go to the My Bills tile.
2. Select Go to My Billing.
3. In the Payment methods tile, select Manage payment methods.
4. Select Add new in the Saved payment methods tile.
5. Choose your payment type (bank account, debit card, or credit card).
6. Enter your payment information.
7. Check Set as default payment method if you want to use this payment method for all future bills.
8. Accept the terms and conditions.
9. Select Add.

Once you’ve set up Auto Pay, your bill will be paid automatically each month using the payment method you’ve selected. You can also edit or cancel your Auto Pay settings at any time by following the same steps above.

One-Time Payments

If you prefer to make a one-time payment, you can do so through the MyFrontier app or online through your Frontier account. Here’s how:

MyFrontier App

1. Sign in to the MyFrontier app for Android or iOS.
2. Tap Billing, then History.
3. Select the bill you want to pay.
4. Tap Make a Payment.
5. Choose your payment method (bank account, debit card, or credit card).
6. Enter your payment information.
7. Tap Pay.

Online

1. Sign in to your Frontier account.
2. Select Make a Payment from the My Bills tile.
3. Select your payment amount, payment method, and payment date.
4. Accept the payment terms and conditions.
5. Click Submit Payment.

Express Pay

Express Pay is another easy way to make a one-time payment online. To use Express Pay, visit frontier.com/expresspay and follow these steps:

1. Enter your account number and email or account number and ZIP code.
2. Provide your payment details.
3. Submit your payment.

Pay by Mail

If you prefer to pay by mail, make your check out to Frontier and write your 17-digit account number on the “For” line. There is no fee to pay by check or money order through the mail. Payments are posted to your account after 5:30 p.m. on the day they are received.

Pay by Phone

You can also pay your bill by phone using our automated system. Call 1-800-801-6652 and follow the prompts to make a payment using your bank account, debit card, or credit card. There are no fees for phone payments using our automated system.

In Person

We accept payments in person through authorized locations across the U.S. Visit CheckFreePay to find a location near you. A $1.50 fee applies, and payments are posted to your account the next business day.
