The City of Loveland offers various payment options for utility bills. You can choose to pay online, by phone, or in person.
Online Payment Options
One-Time Payments
You can make a quick, one-time payment online without registration. Simply click the “Pay Online Now” button and follow the prompts. You can pay with a credit/debit card or e-Check.
Registered Users
If you want to save time in the future, you can register for an account. Once registered, you can set up recurring credit/debit card or e-Check payments. You can also access your billing statements and payment history.
Pay by Phone
You can make a quick payment 24/7 using the City’s automated Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system. Simply call 970-962-2111, choose option #2, and then choose option #1. You can pay with a credit/debit card or e-Check.
In-Person Payments
You can also pay your utility bill in person at the Utility Billing Office, located at 500 E. 3rd St., Suite 100. The office is open Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (closed from 8 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. on Fridays).
Electronic Funds Transfer
If you want to avoid the hassle of check writing each month, you can sign up for Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). With EFT, your monthly utility payment will be automatically deducted from your checking or savings account. Simply complete an Authorization Agreement and return it to Utility Billing. You can drop it off at the office or mail it to City of Loveland, 500 E. 3rd St., Suite 100, Loveland, CO 80537. There is no fee for this convenient option.
Final Estimates for Title Companies
Title companies can request a Final Estimate for utility bills. Please submit the information to Final Estimates. Owners will still need to call the City to stop and start service.
