Hope Gas Bill Pay: A Comprehensive Guide

As a customer of Hope Gas, paying your bill is a crucial part of maintaining your service. With several payment options available, it’s essential to understand the process, fees, and timelines to ensure your bill is paid on time. In this guide, we’ll explore the various ways to pay your Hope Gas bill and answer any questions you may have.

Pay Bill Online

The most convenient way to pay your Hope Gas bill is online. By visiting the Hope Gas website (https://hopegas.com/) and clicking on “Pay Bill” in the top right corner, you can access your account and make a payment. You’ll need to sign in or register for a Manage Your Account (MYA) account to proceed. Once logged in, select “Make a Payment” from the left side menu.

There are two ways to pay online: immediate payment and scheduled payment.

Immediate Payment

Choose “Now” under “Payment Date” to make an immediate payment. Your payment will post to your account on the same day if made Monday-Friday before 5:00 PM EST. If made after 5:00 PM EST or on weekends or holidays, your payment will post the next business day.

Scheduled Payment

Choose “Later” under “Payment Date” to schedule a payment. You can choose a future date for your payment to post to your account. Changes and cancellations can be made until 11:59 PM EST on the prior date to the scheduled date.

AutoPay

Another convenient option for paying your Hope Gas bill is AutoPay. By enrolling in AutoPay, your bill will be automatically deducted from your checking/savings account 10-21 days after the bill date. To enroll in AutoPay, sign in to your MYA account and select “Make a Payment.” Choose “AutoPay” and follow the prompts to set up the service.

Card/Digital Payment

If you prefer to pay by card or digital payment, you can do so through Hope Gas’s third-party vendor, Paymentus. By calling 833-260-2455, you can make a one-time card or digital payment. Acceptable forms of payment include all major credit cards, debit cards, digital payment (such as PayPal or Amazon Pay), checking account, or savings account.

Transaction fees apply as follows:

• Residential accounts: $1.65 fee per transaction (up to $1,000 per transaction)
• Non-residential accounts: $14.95 fee per transaction (up to $15,000 per transaction)

Payment Disclaimer

It’s important to note that if you choose to pay through an unauthorized vendor, Hope Gas is not responsible for the accuracy or timeliness of the payment. There is no guaranteed timeline for these payments to post, and they can take up to five (5) business days or more.

Payment Center

In-person payments are accepted at authorized payment centers with no fee. You’ll need your bill or account number to make a payment. Authorized payment centers accept cash, money orders (written to the authorized payment center, not to Hope Gas), checks (including personal checks, traveler’s checks, and cashier checks), and pin-based debit cards (Walmart and Kroger locations). Walmart MoneyCard is also accepted at Walmart locations.
