As an Imperial Irrigation District (IID) customer, you have several options for paying your energy bill. In this guide, we will explore the various methods you can use to pay your bill quickly and conveniently.
Online Payment Options
IID offers two online payment options: My Account and One-Time Payment.
My Account
My Account is a secure and easy way to manage your IID account online. With My Account, you can:
- Pay your bill online using a credit/debit card or bank account
- View your account balance and payment history
- Set up automatic payments (EZ Pay)
- Update your personal information
- Request a payment extension

One-Time Payment
One-Time Payment is a quick and convenient way to pay your IID bill without logging in to My Account. With One-Time Payment, you can:
- Pay your bill online using a credit/debit card or bank account
- Enter your account number and payment amount
- Receive a confirmation number for your records

Mail Payment
If you prefer to pay your bill by mail, you can send a check or money order along with the bottom portion of your bill to:

Please make sure to include your account number and payment amount on the check or money order.
Phone Payment
You can also pay your IID bill by phone using a credit/debit card or bank account. Simply call 1-800-303-7756 or 1-760-335-3640 and have your account number and payment amount ready. A $1.99 transaction fee will be applied.
In-Person Payment
If you prefer to pay your bill in person, you can do so at any IID office or authorized pay station. Bring your electric bill or account number, and you can pay with cash, check, or money order. Some IID offices are also equipped with after-hours drop boxes.
Authorized Pay Stations
If you cannot make it to an IID office, you can pay your bill at one of the following authorized pay stations:

CheckFree Locations
IID also accepts payments at CheckFree locations. CheckFree has over 20,000 locations nationwide that accept payments for thousands of billers. To find a CheckFree location near you, visit www.checkfree.com. Please note that a CheckFree convenience fee will apply.
Western Union Quick Collect
Customers can also make payments at any participating Western Union location. For a complete list, visit www.westernunion.com or visit any Rite-Aid, Vons, or Walgreens. Please note that a $1.25 transaction fee will be applied, and payment will be posted to your account the same day.
Automatic Payments
With IID’s EZ PAY program, you can have your monthly electric bill automatically deducted from your designated checking account. To get started, print and complete the authorization form. Once completed, return the form to IID along with a voided check. IID will inform your financial institution of the amount due each month, and the bank will automatically deduct that amount from the pre-designated account
