Levelized Billing
Levelized billing allows you to avoid the ups and downs of seasonal electricity bills. The amount you pay each month is based on your 12-month average electricity use, keeping your monthly payment about the same from month to month.
Residential member accounts must be in good standing, and accounts must have a 12-month history to qualify for levelized billing.
