As an Indiana American Water customer, paying your water bill is easy and convenient with the various payment options available. You can choose to pay online, by phone, by mail, or in person. In this guide, we will walk you through the different payment methods and provide you with the necessary information to make your water bill payment hassle-free.
Paying Online
The fastest and most convenient way to pay your Indiana American Water bill is by logging into your account on MyWater. You can make a one-time payment using your bank account, or you can set up automatic payments to avoid late fees. With Auto Pay, your bill will be paid on time, every time, on the date it is due. You can choose to have your monthly bill automatically applied to your credit card ($1.95 fee per transaction) or deducted directly from your checking or savings account (no additional charge).

Paying by Phone
You can also pay your water bill by calling 1-855-748-6066. Have your 16-digit account number ready, which can be found on your bill. A $1.95 transaction fee applies.

Please note that customers requesting an alternate format will continue to receive their regular print format or paperless bill on time. The alternate formatted bill will be sent 7-10 business days after.
