Online Payments
Kia Finance America provides an online payment option through its website, kiafinance.com. To make a payment, follow these steps:
- Go to the Kia Finance America website (www.kiafinance.com).
- Click on the “Payments” tab at the top of the page.
- Select the “Make a Payment” option.
- Choose the payment method you prefer – one-time payment or AutoPay.
- If you choose a one-time payment, enter your account number, payment amount, and payment method (checking or savings account).
- If you choose AutoPay, log in to your account and set up your recurring payments immediately.
- Review your payment information and submit your payment.
Phone Payments
Kia Finance America also offers a phone payment option. To make a payment over the phone, call (866) 498-4455. Please have your KFA account and banking information ready. There is a convenience fee of $3.95 per payment to use this service.
Mail Payments
You can also make a payment by mail. To do so, please mail a check or money order, along with the remit coupon, to the address below. Make sure to include your account number on the check.

You can also make a payment in person at a Western Union or MoneyGram location. To find a location near you, call (800) 325-6000 for Western Union or (800) 926-9400 for MoneyGram. Please have your KFA account number and the following information ready:

Western Union or MoneyGram will charge you a convenience fee for these services. KFA may retain a portion of this fee. When using one of our “cash only” locations, please reference your billing statement to ensure you have the correct account number and codes.
Payment History
To view your payment history online, log in to your kiafinance.com account, click on the “Payments” tab, and select the “View History” tab.
Due Date Changes
On retail accounts, the due date can be changed a maximum of 2 times during the contract term, but no more than once per calendar year. It can be changed once online by visiting the My Profile page. The date can be moved up to 20 days beyond the current due date. To change your due date, your account must be current. Lease accounts are not eligible for due date changes.
AutoPay
Kia Finance America offers an AutoPay option, which automatically debits your payment from your bank account each month. To sign up for AutoPay, log in to your profile and find the “Payment” tab. Click “Set up AutoPay” within the “Payment” drop-down.
