Kroger Rewards World Elite Mastercard®: Online Bill Pay Made Easy

As a Kroger Rewards World Elite Mastercard® cardholder, you can enjoy the convenience of online bill pay through U.S. Bank Online Banking. With this service, you can manage your account, view your transaction history, and make payments from the comfort of your own home.

Accessing Online Banking

To access your Kroger Rewards World Elite Mastercard® account online, simply log in to U.S. Bank Online Banking. You can do this by visiting the U.S. Bank website and clicking on the “Log In” button at the top right corner of the page. Enter your Personal ID and Password to access your account.

Once you are logged in, you can view your account balance, transaction history, and make payments. You can also set up automatic payments to ensure that your payments are made on time, every time.

Making a Payment

To make a payment on your Kroger Rewards World Elite Mastercard® account, follow these steps:

1. Log in to U.S. Bank Online Banking.
2. Select the “Bill Payments” tab.
3. Click on “Pay My Account” or “Pay a U.S. Bank Account.”
4. Select the account you are paying (in this case, your Kroger Rewards World Elite Mastercard® account).
5. Select the account you are paying from (your U.S. Bank checking account).
6. Choose the payment frequency (one-time or recurring).
7. Enter the payment amount and complete the remaining payment information.
8. Review the payment details and click “Submit.”

You can also make a payment using your mobile phone by downloading the U.S. Bank Mobile App for iPhone or Android.

Adding an Authorized User

If you want to give someone else access to your Kroger Rewards World Elite Mastercard® account, you can add an authorized user. This can be done online through U.S. Bank Online Banking. Simply follow these steps:

1. Log in to U.S. Bank Online Banking.
2. Under the “Customer Service” tab, select “Self Service.”
3. Under the Credit Card Section, select “Add Authorized User.”
4. Provide the information requested and submit!

Once the authorized user is added, they will be able to access the account and make payments.

Transferring a Balance

If you have a balance on another credit card, you can transfer it to your Kroger Rewards World Elite Mastercard® account. This can be done online through U.S. Bank Online Banking. Simply follow these steps:

1. Log in to U.S. Bank Online Banking.
2. Select your Credit Card account from the home page.
3. Under the Payments and Limit section from the left navigation, select “Request a balance transfer.”
4. Select ‘View Details’ to display the balance transfer offer details.
5. Click “Transfer a balance from another credit card.”

Note that rewards points are not awarded for balance transfers.

Ordering Convenience Checks

If you need to transfer funds or make a payment to someone, you can request convenience checks. These can be ordered online through U.S. Bank Online Banking. Simply follow these steps:

1. Log in to U.S. Bank Online Banking.
2. Select your Credit Card account from the home page.
3. Select “Request a Convenience Check” from the left navigation.
4. Follow the simple instructions to request a booklet of convenience checks.

Note that rewards points are not awarded for convenience checks.

Viewing Your Balance and Transaction History

You can view your Kroger Rewards World Elite Mastercard® account balance
