There are several ways to pay your LEXserv bill. You can pay online, by phone, or in person.

Online Payment

To pay your bill online, you can use the LEXserv Customer Portal. You will need your 10-digit LEXserv account number to register. Once you have registered, you can view and pay your bill online.

Phone Payment

You can also pay your bill over the phone by calling 1 (888) 987-8111. Have your account number ready when you call.

In-Person Payment

You can also pay your bill in person at the LEXserv office located at 218 E. Main St. Lexington, KY 40507. The office is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Paperless Billing

You can also sign up for paperless billing through the LEXserv Customer Portal. This will allow you to receive your bill via email instead of through the mail.
