Pay by Credit/Debit Card
Residential customers can pay their OUC bill using a credit/debit card, and the processing fee is $2.50 per transaction under $1,000. Commercial customers can also pay using a credit/debit card, and the processing fee is $5 per $1,000 transaction. Customers can pay up to $100,000 daily in one transaction. Payments are processed safely and securely by third-party vendor Bill2Pay, and they appear on your statement as B2P* OUC.

This automatic bill payment system allows OUC to deduct your monthly utilities statement amount from your checking or savings account.
