Online Payment
The fastest and most convenient way to pay your Pekin Insurance bill is through their online platform. To make a payment, follow these steps:
- Go to the Pekin Insurance website: https://www.pekininsurance.com/
- Click on the “Billing” tab at the top of the page.
- Select “Pay Your Bill” from the drop-down menu.
- Log in to your account using your username and password. If you don’t have an account, you can create one on the spot.
- Once logged in, you’ll be directed to your policy list. Choose the policy for which you want to make a payment.
- Select the payment method of your choice: credit/debit card or electronic check.
- Enter the payment amount and complete the transaction.
Phone Payment
If you prefer to pay over the phone, you can call Pekin Insurance’s customer service at 800-322-0160, ext. 3927 (Business Insurance), ext. 4460 (Personal Insurance), or ext. 2718 (Life Insurance). Have your policy number and payment information ready. The automated phone system is available 24/7, and customer service representatives are available from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, Central Time.
Mail Payment
To pay your Pekin Insurance bill by mail, print and complete the payment coupon from your invoice or policy document. Mail the payment coupon, along with your check or money order, to the address listed on the coupon. Make sure to include your policy number on the check or money order. Payments received after 5:00 PM Central Time will be processed the next business day.

Pekin Insurance offers various payment options to accommodate your needs. You can choose to pay your premium in full, semi-annually, or monthly. For personal insurance policies, you can also opt for a 20% down payment plan. Business insurance policies have a 10% down payment option.
Payment Plans
Pekin Insurance offers several pay plans for your convenience. Each policy can have a separate pay plan, and you can change your pay plan by contacting your agent. The available pay plans are:
- Personal Insurance: Monthly/Crossroads Monthly, Quarterly, Semi-Annual, and Annual.
- Business Insurance: Monthly/Crossroads Monthly, Quarterly, Semi-Annual, and Annual.
Late Payments and Fees
To avoid late fees and policy termination, ensure that your payments are received on time. A late fee of $5.00 will be charged per policy if your payment is late and a notice of intent to cancel is issued. If your policy has canceled, a reinstatement fee of $10.00 will apply. Returned payment fees are $25.00.
Policy Changes
To make any policy changes, contact your Pekin Insurance agent. Policy changes that increase or reduce your premium will be reflected on future invoices within that policy period.
