Pay Online with My Account

With PGW’s My Account, you can pay your bill online for free using a checking or savings account. You can also sign up for Autopay, E-bill, and view your billing history. To pay online, log in to your My Account or register for a new username and password.

Pay as a Guest

If you don’t have a My Account, you can still pay your bill online as a guest. However, a convenience fee of $2.65 will be applied. You can pay with a checking/savings account or credit card.

Pay with Cash

PGW has partnered with local retailers to allow you to pay your bill with cash. You can find a location near you and pay your bill in person. This service is free, and payment posts same day.

You can also pay your bill over the phone using our automated system. Simply call (215) 235-1000 and follow the prompts. You’ll need your account number ready. A convenience fee of $2.65 may apply.

If the customer receives a shutoff notice, a copy will also be sent to the designated third party to keep them informed.
