Please note that convenience fees apply when using a credit/debit card for payment. The fees are as follows:
- Payment amount: $1 – $1,500: $1.99 per transaction
- Payment amount: $1,501 – $10,000: $10.00 per transaction
- Payment amount: $10,001 and above: 2.75% of transaction
