Online Payment Options
TEP offers two online payment portals: My Account and Pay as Guest.
My Account
My Account is TEP’s online account management system. It allows you to view your bill, payment history, and electricity usage. You can also use it to pay your bill online. To pay your bill through My Account, follow these steps:
- Go to https://account.tep.com/MyAccount/ and log in to your account.
- Click on the “Bill” tab.
- Select the bill you want to pay.
- Choose your preferred payment method: bank account, credit/debit card, or UnitedHealthcare UCardTM.
- Enter your payment information.
- Review your payment details and submit your payment.
Pay as Guest
If you don’t have a My Account, you can still pay your bill online as a guest. To pay your bill as a guest, follow these steps:
- Go to https://www.tep.com/pay-my-bill/ and click on “Pay as Guest.”
- Enter your account number, which can be found on your bill.
- Choose your preferred payment method: bank account, credit/debit card, or UnitedHealthcare UCardTM.

Mobile App
