2. Phone Payment
You can pay your TPU bill over the phone by calling 253-502-8600 or 800-752-6745. Have your account number and payment information ready when you call.
3. Mail a Check
If you prefer to pay by mail, you can send a check or money order to TPU at the following address:

Please include your account number and the payment stub from your bill when mailing your payment.
4. In-Person Payment
TPU has a payment kiosk located at the TPU Administration Building, where you can make a payment in person. The kiosk accepts cash, checks, and credit cards.

AutoPay is a convenient option that automatically deducts the amount of your bill from your bank account each month. You can enroll in AutoPay through MyAccount or by completing the AutoPay enrollment form.
Budget Billing
Budget Billing is a program that allows you to pay a fixed amount each month, rather than a variable amount based on your actual usage. This program can help you budget your utility expenses more effectively. Here’s how to enroll in Budget Billing:
- Log in to MyAccount using your email address and password.
- Select “Enroll” next to “Budget Bill” under the Customer Enrollments section.
- Read and accept the terms of agreement for the enrollment.
- Select the “Continue” button.
