Automatic Payments

Customers may sign up for recurring, automatic payments via Direct Pay. With Direct Pay, payment of your monthly statement is automatic, saving you time, effort, and postage. You will receive your water bill before the automatic payment is made. This convenient payment method is offered directly through the Urbandale Water Utility at no cost to our customers.

Other Payment Options

The Urbandale Water Utility accepts cash, check, money orders, or credit and debit cards in the office. Customers may mail checks or use their bank’s online bill pay system. The Hy-Vee store at 8701 Douglas will accept payments at the customer service desk. There is also a drive-up night depository located on the south side of the Urbandale Water Utility’s parking lot.
