Paying your EWEB bill has never been easier! With our online customer portal, MyAccount, you can securely manage your personal and business accounts from any device. You can also make a guest payment without registering or logging in, pay by phone, or pay by mail. And, if you need assistance, our customer service analysts are here to help.

MyAccount

EWEB’s online customer portal gives you the following features and tools:

  • View and pay your bills online
  • Check your account balance
  • View your energy and water usage
  • Set up automatic payments
  • Request a payment extension
  • Update your contact information
  • Register for paperless billing

To register for MyAccount, follow these steps:

  1. Go to MyAccount.eweb.org.
  2. Click on “Register” at the top right corner of the page.
  3. Enter your EWEB account number, which can be found at the top of your bill or in your “bill-ready” email.
  4. Enter your email address and create a password.
  5. Click “Register” and follow the prompts to set up your account.

Payment Options

We offer several payment options for you to choose from:

  1. Online Payment: You can make an online payment with your Visa, Mastercard, or checking account without registering or logging in. Just click on “Pay My Bill” at the top of this page and follow the prompts.
  2. Phone Payment: Pay by phone with a Visa, MasterCard, or checking account 24 hours a day using our automated pay-by-phone system. Call 541-685-7000 and press option one. Have your EWEB account number ready.
  3. Mail Payment: Mail your payment, along with your bill stub, to our payment-processing center: Eugene Water & Electric Board, PO Box 35192, Seattle, WA 98124-5192.
  4. Walmart Pay: You can now conveniently pay your EWEB bill with cash or debit card at any U.S. Walmart store. Payments made at Walmart will be applied to your EWEB account in real time.
