At Sawnee EMC, we offer our customers various bill pay options for their convenience. You can choose from the following methods to pay your bill:

  1. Online: Log into your SmartHub account to pay your bill, view your power usage, and more. You can also select the Pay Now option without registration.
  2. Sawnee App: Download the Sawnee EMC app to pay your bill, view power usage, and bring push notifications about your account to your mobile devices. The app is free and provides a secure environment for bill payments and other transactions.
  3. Phone: Call us at 770-887-2363 and select “Option 3” from the automated menu. Please have your Sawnee account number accessible for this option.
  4. In Person: Our main office is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. You can pay your bill in person at our drive-thru, which is open Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. The drive-thru window is able to accept cash or check, and the drive-thru kiosk accepts cash or credit cards. Please be aware that no change can be given from cash payments made at the kiosk.
  5. Mail: You can send your payment, along with the payment stub, to Sawnee Electric Membership, ID 1204, PO Box 2252, Birmingham, AL 35246-1204.
  6. Pay Stations: You can also make payments at any of the following locations:
    • Citizens Bank, 11950 Cumming Highway, Canton, GA 30115
    • Sawnee EMC Headquarters, 543 Atlanta Highway, Cumming, GA 30040
    • Western Union Locations (certain limitations and Western Union-issued service fees apply)

If you choose to pay via a third-party processor other than those approved by Sawnee EMC, please allow 7 to 10 business days for the payment to process. Note that payments made at locations other than the authorized pay stations cannot be guaranteed by Sawnee EMC.

For your convenience, we also offer the option to view other ways you can pay your bill.
